1:1 Virtual Training offers clients around the world an opportunity to train from the comfort of their own home. I have been training virtually for over 10yrs and am currently training clients all over the country from California, Florida to New York and New Jersey, so this is nothing new for me. Your customized workouts are just as intense and effective as if I was standing by your side. Many clients choose virtual training because of the convenience and ability to time save time by not leaving your home, hotel or office. I make it a point to make sure that nothing is compromised or limited by not being in-person. Whether this is the first time you’ve started an exercise program or you’re a seasoned athlete, I find no greater joy than helping people reach their goals. Nothing is too big or too small for us to achieve.

I never thought of myself as someone who would hire a personal trainer, but reaching out to Kalene one day in December 2019 was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my body, mind, and happiness. I can’t recommend Kalene highly enough! She whipped me back into shape after having my second and third babies. But more importantly, she changed my entire outlook on exercise and a healthy lifestyle by making training a fun experience I look forward to every week. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personalizes every workout to her clients needs (whether targeting your “tough” spots or helping you safely work through injuries). She’s also always there with nutrition and other health tips, and a good laugh when you need it as well.
Before I met Kalene, I was so intimidated by personal training but she’s shown me what a good trainer can do, and given me so much more confidence in myself and my own strengths. She’s your consummate champion cheering you on through each exercise, pushes you but always puts your health first, and especially during the pandemic, the hours spent with her each week are usually the best parts of my day!
I always end our sessions dripping in sweat and buzzing from the biggest endorphin high. I’ve watched my body completely transform to become the most toned and fit I’ve ever been. Plus, Kalene is so personable, I truly consider her to be one of my dear friends! I couldn’t recommend her more.
