Hi! I’m Kalene Walsh
I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialist since 2004. My career in the fitness industry has spanned the east coast from LifeStyles in Florida to Equinox in Boston to ultimately starting KW Fitness in NYC/NJ to now Ponte Vedra.
My fitness story proves that one person can change your whole life! I was majoring in Public Relations at Northeastern University when Rolando Amorim, a highly respected and decorated natural bodybuilder and Personal Trainer convinced me to compete in a bodybuilding show. At that time, I was a typical college kid, eating what typical college kids eat. I only did cardio, because the weight room intimidated me. Fast forward months later and I stepped on stage at New England Naturals and placed 2nd Overall and 1st Best Poser. I was hooked! I became passionate about helping people not only look their best, but FEEL their best. It feels good to hear a client say, “I lost 3lbs this week,” but it feels AMAZING to hear a client say, “I biked 12 miles with my kids today and felt so strong!” I obtained my first certification before graduating Northeastern and dove head first into the world of health & fitness!
